I would like to thank Jane Sarra, Director of Family Life, who finished up her time as a member of the St. John XXIII Parish Staff last week.  Over the past three years, she has accomplished many things.  I asked Jane to come on board to help lead us out of Covid, which she did.  She was the lead in establishing the Envisioning Committee and developing a Pastoral Plan, which is the roadmap for taking St. John XXIII forward over the next three to five years.  She got the Food Pantry up-and-running from scratch.  Last fall, she oversaw the refurbishing of the kitchen at St. Francis.  Her departure leaves a large void in the Parish Staff, particularly in the area of Pastoral Planning and implementing the Pastoral Plan.
