This fitness class will enable men to meet consistently in a safe environment while striving to reach and maintain fitness goals. Feel better while improving total body strength, stamina, flexibility, balance and mobility in a respectful, encouraging setting.
Wear comfortable clothing. Please bring a couple lighter weights or weights you’re comfortable with, elastic tubing bands and a floor mat if you have one.
** Note, this fitness class is meant to only assist in the well being of our members. There will be no expectations, only professional guidance and instruction in regards to fitness, movement and overall well being. Most of all, movement and exercises can be modified to fit participants abilities. There is no age limit or age range required. In fact, we welcome older men and expect to predominantly have the 55 - 90 age group. Also, no fitness experience is required.
**We will begin on Wednesday November 15,and will continue on the following Wednesdays into the New Year—November 22, 29. December 6, 20, January, 3, 10, 17.
