Registration Closes Saturday, May 31, 2025

1. The first step is to please make sure your family is registered as a household. The "Family Registration" link below will take you directly to the Family Registration page. There is also a short video that demonstrates how to register your family as a household.

2. The second step is to register your children for individual Faith Formation classes. Please use the "Faith Formation Registration" link below. There is similarly an accompanying video that demonstrates how to register students for individual classes.

If you experience any issues registering either your family or your student(s), please reach out directly to [email protected]. All emails received by 4:00 pm ET are typically answered the same day. Any emails received after 4:00 pm ET will definitely be answered before the end of the next business day. Contacting Flocknote directly will help you resolve your issue as efficiently as possible.

You will receive a confirmation email once completing your registration and can always return to the registration link to verify that your children are still signed up.

Sign-Up Options for Faith Formation

1. Grade 6
   1. Large Group, Discussion-Based format using Ascension Press's Chosen: This is Your Catholic Faith. Onsite weekly in O'Brien Hall from 11:10 am to 12:30 pm.
   2. Homeschool option using the same Chosen program accessible online. More information will be provided to families to ensure students are supported.
2. Grades 7 and 8
   1. Large Group, Discussion-Based format using Ascension Press's Chosen: Your Journey Toward Confirmation. Onsite bi-weekly in O'Brien Hall from 8:30 am to 9:50 am.

1. Traditional Classroom Program (K-5)
   1. This in-person classroom model offers a Catechist led learning experience with 23 faith lessons from September through April.
   2. Two Sunday class times are available:
      1. Sunday Session 1:   8:30 am - 9:50 am
      2. Sunday Session 2:  11:10 am - 12:30 pm
   3. Each grade offers one required Parent/Child Workshop, with more information to follow.

2. Homeschool Program (Except 2nd Grade)
   1. This model offers home based learning with a parent/family member as the primary catechist of the faith for 21 lessons.
   2. There is an on-line component with students completing chapter tests and submitting them through the “Alive in Christ” website to the Faith Formation office.
   3. Each grade offers one required Parent/Child Workshop, with more information to follow.

If you have previously registered and were not able to pay online but would like to do so, please return to the Faith Formation Registration link above where you can now easily pay for all of your children registered for the program. Flocknote will automatically send out reminders as the start of the new school year approaches for any family not marked as paid.
